About the Role

As a Senior Automation Engineer, you will be the architect of efficiency. Your goal is to eliminate manual bottlenecks and build seamless, automated ecosystems that empower our commercial teams and clients to scale at speed.

Your Responsibilities
  • Build and maintain advanced automated workflows using Make, Zapier, and AI agents.
  • Integrate CRM systems (HubSpot/Salesforce) with marketing and sales automation tools.
  • Identify operational inefficiencies and propose automated technical solutions.
  • Monitor and optimize system performance to ensure maximum uptime and reliability.

Blueprint brings partner setup, mapping requirements, AI development, testing and deployment into one workspace. Business analysts define what the integration must do, review the results and guide changes as requirements evolve.

Partner onboarding: Organise partner profiles, business units, transaction types and integration flows.

Connection setup: Configure endpoints, credentials, communication channels and schedules.

Mapping Requirement Specification: Define source and target structures, field mappings, qualifiers, conditions and business rules.

AI development: Generate input and output document definitions and the maps that transform data between them.

Sample-based testing: Test maps with partner files and compare results against expected outputs.

Review and correction: Investigate differences, refine requirements and test again within DEXA.

Controlled deployment: Review readiness and promote validated configurations through testing and production environments.

Ongoing enhancements: Update existing integrations when partners introduce new fields, formats, transaction versions or business rules.

Reusable configuration: Manage lookup tables, code lists and established mapping patterns centrally.
